No account managers and no hand-offs. You speak to the people who make it, from the first call to the day it goes live, and after.
How we work

We build systems, not deliverables
A deliverable is finished and handed over. A system keeps running after we leave, gets measured, and gets better. That difference decides what we take on and what we turn down.
We are small and technical
Founder-led, no account managers, no handoffs to a delivery team you have not met. The people who scope the work are the people who build it.
We would rather say no
If a spreadsheet solves it, we will tell you to use a spreadsheet. Selling you a system you do not need is a bad trade for both of us.
No client logos. Check the work instead.
We are new, and we would rather say so than borrow credibility from a wall of logos. Three things are open to you before you speak to anyone.
- 01The systems, running→One worked example per system in the Lab. Labelled as examples, because a scenario dressed up as a live product is the thing we are trying not to be.
- 02Exactly what we build, in detail→Four systems, each with a worked example rather than a feature list. If one does not apply to you, that will be obvious quickly.
- 03A written recommendation before you commit→After one call: what we would build, what it would cost, and what we would not build. Free either way.
How we handle your data.

Your data stays yours
Systems run against your documents and your accounts. Nothing is used to train anything, by us or by anyone else.
Nothing sends itself
Outreach, replies and record changes are drafted for approval. A person stays in the loop wherever judgement matters.
You own what we build
The code, the workflows and the accounts are in your name. No lock-in and no per-seat surprises later.
Ideas are easy.Execution should be too.
