By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site describes what we build and how we work. It is general information, not advice for your business, and nothing on it is an offer to do work at a particular price. What we would build, and what it would cost, is set out in writing for each project.

The Lab and the Concierge demo are examples. The businesses, people and records in them are fictional, and the voice demo cannot book anything or reach a real business. Answers come from an AI model and can be wrong, so do not rely on them for anything that matters.

Please do not use the demos to try to break, overload or misuse them, to get around their limits, or to generate anything unlawful or harmful. We may limit or stop access to them at any time.

The text, design, code and logo on this site belong to us. The photographs belong to the photographers credited at the foot of each page. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Anything beyond that, please ask first.

On a project the position is reversed: what we build for you is yours, as the about page explains and the project agreement confirms.

Some links lead to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for what is on them or for how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be correct, complete or online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or the demos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
