How much does a project cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how messy the data is. Most first projects start in the low thousands. The written recommendation after our first call gives you a real number before you commit to anything.
We are not technical. Is that a problem?
No. You do not need to know what a webhook is. Describe the process the way you would explain it to a new employee, and we will handle the translation.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. Systems run against your documents and your accounts, nothing is used to train anything, and you own the code and the accounts we set up.
Will the AI send things to our customers on its own?
Not unless you explicitly ask for that. By default, outreach and replies are drafted for a person to approve. We would rather a system be slightly slower and completely trusted.
What if we already tried an AI tool and it did not work?
That is common, and usually the tool was fine but nothing was connected to it. A chatbot with no access to your documents and no route into your CRM is a demo, not a system. Tell us what you tried and we will tell you honestly whether the approach was wrong or just incomplete.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes, and we would rather start small. One working system beats a large plan that never ships.
