This site is run by SYLARO. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@sylarosystems.com.

• No advertising and no tracking cookies. We count visits ourselves, without cookies or storing your IP address, and nothing on this site follows you to other sites.
• The fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not send your address to Google.
• If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can reply to it.
• If you try the Concierge voice demo, your voice goes to OpenAI to be understood and answered. We do not record or store the call.
• Nothing you give us is sold, or used to train AI models.

Like every web server, ours writes an access log: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and what your browser says it is. We use these logs to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and we do not use them to build a profile of anyone.

To know how many people read the site, each page you open tells our own server which page it was, the site that sent you here, the time zone and language your browser is set to, the size of your screen, and how long you stayed. We store your visit as a scrambled code made from your IP address, browser and the date, which cannot be turned back into either and changes every day, so we can count you once a day without knowing who you are or following you from one day to the next. We do not store the IP address itself, set no cookies, and share none of this with anyone else.

Some images may be served from the content delivery network of Sanity, the system we write the site in, which means your browser asks Sanity for them directly.

We receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your address, and what you tell us about your business. We use it to reply and, if we end up working together, to scope the work. We keep it for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete it when you ask.

The demo on the Concierge page only starts when you press the button and allow the microphone. Then:

• The description of your business that you type is sent to our server, which uses it to set up the demo assistant.
• Your voice and the conversation travel from your browser to OpenAI, which turns speech into text and the assistant’s reply back into speech.
• We do not record the audio and do not save the conversation. Nothing is booked, and the demo has no access to any real business’s records.
• Our server limits how often a demo can be started, to stop the demo being abused.

OpenAI handles that audio under its own privacy policy. If you would rather your voice did not leave your device, do not start the demo; everything else on the page works without it.

Systems we build for clients run against the client’s own documents and accounts, under a written agreement that sets out what happens to that data. That agreement, not this page, governs client data. The basics are on the about page.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@sylarosystems.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
